2. God makes plans. See Psalms 33:11 - "The counsel of the LORD stands forever, the plans of His heart from generation to generation."

God makes permanent plans from love, and God takes the long view of things. God's motive for all He does is love, and God does not just live for the moment.

See Isaiah 25:1 - "O LORD, Thou art my God; I will exalt Thee, I will give thanks to Thy name; for Thou hast worked wonders, plans formed long ago, with perfect faithfulness."

God's plans are wonderful, amazing, and carried out with perfect faithfulness.

See Jeremiah 29:11 - "'For I know the plans that I have for you,' declares the LORD, 'plans for welfare and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope.'"

God's plans are for our benefit. God plans for us to have a bright future.
